Why is it difficult for so many people to have a healthy lifestyle these days?
Nowadays, People try yo keep healthy habits. Even though a lot of them can't stay in the right way. For example, some people start a diet because they want to lose weight, but they don't want to change their lifestyles. I think to be healthy, skinner and stronger it isn't a new year´s resolution. It is not a receipt for getting the beach body for the vacation time. If you want to look fit and healthy you should change your habits forever. It means helpfully make changes on everyday decisions.
First step, carefully choose what you want to eat by the week, take your time to plan your meals. Counting calories is also a good way to keep it right.
Secondly think: Rome wasn't built in one day! You must be patient, but make a good strategy to fight the temptations. In addition, if you feel stressed and you used to over eat when that feelings overcomes you, keep moving, lets go to the gym or do something new that makes you feel relaxed and avoid overeating. you ever have to front new decisions, simply take the best choices!
i think so too. it is not easy to maintain to be healthy.i agree taht you said "Rome wasn't built in one day" to be healthy it need to be patient.
