Living in Austin.
My Experience living and studding abroad is funny. First, I came in  to the class I didn't understand anything because there are a lot of difference between the education at my country and America even though every day I tried to do my best. For example, Frequently I misunderstood and I did somethings wrong, but the way to learn isn't easy I never give up. The professors at all of the assignments are very interested in their work they used to prepare all time the class and if someone have a doubt they  help them and I am surprised, when some professors come the next class totally prepared to the make the class even more interesting. for instance,at the reading class, My classmate named Abdul was in a problem while shopping at the dominos pizza and he asked to Tracy, How can he made complaints as the more polite way, as a result Tracy came over the next class fully prepared with a funny  game for us to learn various polite ways to complaint. Therefore she is so cute. 

Second, The city has a broad kind of activities to do, for instance never I got bored, I have had a unlimited things to do, for example, if I like the sports, There are many trails, public pools, bicycle paths. If i prefer to go shopping than exercising,There are many shopping malls, outlets, but thats the idea the best point for me was to get in to a new world and try overtime to do something different. I love Austin so much and all the good memories I got here!

If you could live at any moment in time (past or present) in any place, where and when would you live?
I would live in Akumal, Mexico, It is my favorite beach, I like Akumal because is separate from the hotel zone of Cancun. The hotel zone is noisy, The streets are full of people, However, at the silent beach of Akumal, I would find the tranquil lifestyle. I am wondering to live in a beach house at the Caribbean sea. 
At the half moon Bay, Akumal. I often go to snorkeling in the coral reef to closely watch the reef creatures, for example, the parrot fish, the green sea turtle, sea stars, sea urchins. all of them are absolutely amazing. The water is crystal and warm. The color seems like blue and green.
Always, the people who visit the beach will easily fall in love with it, I never feel stress there, so I tend to relax my body and start to control my mind. Practicing yoga at Akumal, this beach is an opportunity to forget all your complex life and just let go the past and live at the present moment.

I recommend visiting Akumal Beach because it offers several activities to enjoy. First of all, If you like kayaking there are many places to rent a kayak the water at the is very tranquil that you can go further to discover new islands. Secondly, It is a magic place to diving I never dive before, but I am wondering to try, Diving here is one of the most recommended activities. Thirdly there are many restaurants from Mexican food to Asian food and all of them are really delicious i never find disgusting a place there, so you can decide to eat at home or go out for dinner and are going to eat tastily. That place is a dream coming true so I can't describe The wonderfulness you must see it by your own eyes!

Why is it difficult for so many people to have a healthy lifestyle these days?

Nowadays, People try yo keep healthy habits. Even though a lot of them can't stay in the right way. For example, some people start a diet because they want to lose weight, but they don't want to change their lifestyles. I think to be healthy, skinner and stronger it isn't a new year´s resolution. It is not a receipt for getting the beach body for the vacation time. If you want to look fit and healthy you should change your habits forever. It means helpfully make changes on everyday decisions.
First step, carefully choose what you want to eat by the week, take your time to plan your meals. Counting calories is also a good way to keep it right.

Secondly think: Rome wasn't built in one day! You must be patient, but make a good strategy to fight the temptations. In addition, if you feel stressed and you used to over eat when that feelings overcomes you, keep moving, lets go to the gym or do something new that makes you feel relaxed and avoid overeating. you ever have to front new decisions, simply take the best choices!
